I was not able to delete the Oracle data for some reason. Make a backup of the Registry and then delete all the VirtualBox entries that you find, reboot and see if can install Insider. A number of people over at the Windows stable release forum had either of it installed. I stuck at Windows 10 update to version 20h2 when it says "What - Microsoft Community. I had LDPlayer installed! I uninstalled it and it fixed the problem!
