As you've experienced, Microsoft no longer provides the drivers for the Force Feedback Joystick, and so if they are still available on the internet, they'd only be on a third-party website which carries risk of malware. The joystick should still work however, as Windows 10 installs generic USB drivers and treats the joystick as a game controller.
