I am proud to be leading an Aboriginal company made up of dynamic, passionate, big-hearted professionals who are committed to creating positive change in Aboriginal communities through brokering employment, providing culturally-competent mentoring and support and promoting Aboriginal excellence and talent.

Through every job opportunity I have had, the AES were there to support me, they also played a big part in helping me to discover my passion an where I wanted to be, which is working in Aboriginal health and helping my people.

What we do. AEPP is our program to help and support Indigenous jobseekers with barriers to employment into suitable, sustainable jobs and traineeships. Our Cultural Awareness course allows for employers to understand a more complete picture of the situation in Indigenous Australia. Job Centre Australia actively consults with local Indigenous Communities across our regions. We look to partner with the community to create opportunities for Indigenous job seekers.
